Bread rolls – 各式面包

世界上最伟大的发明是什么?爱因斯坦秒答是:“面包!”。嗯,他一定很喜欢面包吧🤭

这次多做几种花样和口味,做了椰蓉,香芋,奶油,还有枣泥。

做点心有点像玩泥巴,可以捏成各种花样。就是做出来的形状不完全可控,不过倒也有趣,像这次就是蝴蝶长的有点过胖了,奶油包变成了一个个小猪猪脸😅

面包的关键是面要发的好。我偷个懒,就写发面把,“捏泥巴”的部分大家自由发挥:

Bread recipe:

  • 🥣4 cups flour, 3tsp instant yeast, 4tbsb sugar, mix well.
  • 🥛add 1/2 tsb salt, 2 eggs, 40g room temperature softed butter, ~200ml warm milk
  • knead well
  • cover and rest for ~5 minutes, knead again.
  • ⌛let it rise to ~2 times big, about 40 minutes.

When it’s ready, I usually take 1/3 of the dough to make cream cheese rolls, one of my kids favorites, and the rest to make various of flavors and style, for fun 🙂

🥖It’s super easy to make cream cheese bread rolls:

  • Use a rolling pin to shape the dough to a rectangle shape
  • 🧀Mix 100g softed cream cheese, 20g butter, 1.5tsb sugar.
  • Spread the cream cheese evenly on the dough
  • Add some raisens or cranberries (optional)
  • Roll from one side to make a roll. Cut to N pieces.

⌛Let the bread roll rise again, about 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350°f.

Brush with egg.

Bake for ~20 minutes.
