Pan Fried Fish Fillet (香煎鱼柳)

Pan fried fish fillet

Easy, tasty and low calories, ready in 15 minutes.

  • Sprinkle salt, pepper on both sides of the fillet
  • Sprinkle patoto flour (or corn starch) on both sides
  • optional: a few garlic cloves, a few slices of lemon
  • 2tsb olive oil in a non-stick pan, fry one side 2~3 minutes till golden brown, add garlic and lemon, then flip and repeat for the other side.
