Oven Baked Brussels Sprouts

Simple, delicious, full of nutritions and diet friendly 😋

Oven preheat to 400F.

  • Sprouts cut off the end, then cut in half
  • in a big bowl, toss with olive oil, seasoning salt, sea salt, pepper
  • put on a baking sheet, center part down
  • bake for 25 mins, add some diced garlic,bake for 5 minutes more
