Keto Friendly Donuts

Yummy no fry Keto friendly donuts

This is so good! No fry, low calories, keto friendly, easy and tasty.

The ingredients below makes 18~20 mini donuts (my donut pan is for ~2.7 inch donuts).-

Prepare the liquid part:

  • 5 eggs, room temperature
  • 150g yogurt
  • 4tbsp melted coconut oil
  • 2tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup allulose (or other sweetener)
  • 1/3 tsb salt
  • mix well

I am going to make two flavors, one original and one chocolate. So split the mixed liquid to two parts.

Preheat oven to 325F

Part I – making original flavor:

  • 2 cups almond flour
  • 3tbsb cup coconut flour (if you don’t have coconut flour, can replace it with 3/4 cup almond flour)
  • 2 tsb baking powder
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon powder, 2tsp of instant coffee.
  • Mix well. It should be a smooth, a little bit runnary texture that is easy to squize to the donut pan. If too thick, adjust with a bit almond milk or milk.
  • Put in a piping bag, and squize to the donut pan. Makes 9~10 donuts.
  • Bake for 18 ~ 20 minutes
  • Cool in the mold.

Part II- making chocolate flavor:

  • I am using only coconut flour only for this one. 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup coco powder
  • 2 tsb baking powder
  • Optional: pinch of cinnamon powder, 2tsp of instant coffee.
  • Mix well. It should be a smooth, a little bit runnary texture that is easy to squize to the donut pan.If too thick, adjust with a bit almond milk or milk.
  • Put in a piping bag, and squize to the donut pan. Makes 9~10 donuts.
  • Bake for 18 ~ 20 minutes.
  • Cool in the mold.

Making the chocolate glaze:

  • 60g dark chocolate
  • 1tbsp melted coconut oil
  • Microwave to melt chocolate (try add 10seconds each time till chocolate ~90% melted)
  • Adjust flavor with powdered sweetener

Glaze donuts:

  • Dip in the chocolate glaze
  • Sprinkle with nuts, shredded coconut, etc.
