
Low calorie coffee black rice milk tea. 低卡版的网红紫米脏脏茶,适合健身减脂,但偶尔想过过奶茶瘾的朋友🙂
做法超级简单哈:
- 2 勺紫米粥/饭 (2tbsp cooked black rice)
- 6oz 低脂/低糖酸奶 (6 oz yogurt low calorie yogurt)
- 一小杯 espresso coffee
- 冰适量,一起打匀 (some ice, add to blender to blend)
- 杯子里用紫米抹在杯壁上(脏脏茶效果),然后加入打好的紫米咖啡就可以了🥂
